Why does honey vary in colour?
All honey is, is dehydrated nectar. Depending on what
flowers the bees forage on, will determine the flavour profile, colour, texture
and aroma.

YES - All raw honey will crystalize, crystallisation is a natural process and does not effect the quality of the product. If your honey starts to crystallize, you can place the jar into warm water to bring it
back to soften it.
